These are the business conditions of the company Jiří Bařinka – Limousine Car Service, Rochovská 757, 198 00 Prague IČ: 12495221 DIČ: CZ6408030068.

A customer who orders a service from Jiří Bařinka – Limousine Car Service. fully accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on this website, by phone or email. A customer who does not agree with these conditions cannot use our services and cannot place an order.

These business conditions are prepared in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code.

All transport services and mediation of these services are provided by registered taxi cars without a taximeter according to Act No. 111/1994 Coll., On road transport, according to § 21 paragraph 4 on the basis of a previous written contract, and multi-seater cars with a capacity of more than 9 people then as occasional passenger road transport.

The protection of personal data of the company’s customers is implemented in accordance with the amendment to Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Basic concepts
Carrier: the carrier is the company Jiří Bařinka – Limousine Car Service., Which provides or mediates the transport.

Customer: the person or company ordering the transport.

Orders can be placed online via our website, via email, or by phone at +420777776661. All orders, and thus the contract of carriage, arise only after a binding confirmation of the order by the carrier.

The customer is responsible for his data entered in the order. If the customer enters inaccurate or incorrect data, the transport may not take place. In this case, we will demand payment of the full amount of the order, or the costs incurred by the carrier.

The customer is obliged to state the exact number of adults and children in the order, each child counts as a passenger and has his own seat. Depending on the number of children and toddlers, the carrier will also provide child car seats. If the customer travels with an infant (baby), the customer must provide a child car seat himself.

For some orders, the carrier is entitled to request a deposit or payment of the full amount for transport in advance.

Cash drivers – Drivers can pay in cash in Czech crowns or euros, in which case you must agree on a course with the driver.

By driver card – Drivers can be paid by Mastercard or VISA card in Czech crowns. The cars are equipped with a payment terminal.

Transfer to the carrier’s account – The customer has the option to make a payment to the carrier’s bank account.

Change or cancellation of the order
Change or cancellation of the order is possible 24 hour before departure if the place of collection is in Prague. In other cases or when ordering a bus for more than 15 people, the order can be canceled or changed 48 hours in advance. If the customer does not cancel his order in time, or if the order is incorrect, we will demand payment of the full amount for the order. This also applies if the customer does not come to the place of collection, the so-called NO SHOW.

We will deliver the car corresponding to the category in the order to the customer. The driver always tries to keep the pick-up time in the order, but due to traffic complications there may be a situation where it is delayed. The customer must take this situation into account and plan his transport with sufficient time reserve. The carrier does not bear any costs associated with late arrival at the destination.

If the vehicle breaks down during transport, the carrier will try to bring a replacement car as soon as possible. If for any reason the carrier is unable to provide a replacement car, the carrier will return the full amount to the customer.

The customer is obliged to behave during transport so as not to damage or contaminate the vehicle. Follow the driver’s instructions. If the vehicle becomes dirty, the customer will pay the cost of cleaning the vehicle in the amount of CZK 5,000.

The driver is entitled to refuse to transport a person under the influence of alcohol.
